Rose’s Thoughts (1996-2003)

Rose's Thoughts was founded by choreographer Ruth Segalis with dancers Natasha Gilmore and Amy Voris. Between 1996-2003, the company devised eight original dance works and had over 60 performances in Britain and abroad. Rose’s Thoughts received support from The London Arts Board, Arts 4 Everyone, Greenwich Dance Agency, Jackson’s Lane Zone Three, London Borough Arts, Essex Dance, The Place Choreodrome, The Place Theatre, The Video Place, The British Council, Bretton Hall, The Greenhouse Effect Conference and Laban. Segalis was a recipient of the Bonnie Bird New Choreography Award and was short listed for the Jerwood Award for Choreography.
