across the winter (2016)

Made in collaboration with year three students at Manchester Metropolitan University, this work contemplates the individual in relationship to the collective. It brings together eclectic solo material with group imagery which gradually spreads and engulfs the space. The work was developed across the winter months and, in retrospect, I can see how it reflects the dormant energies of the season.
